Please see below. The old variables affected are:
portmap_*
xntpd_*
single_mountd_enable
dhcp_program
dhcp_flags
If you have any of these in your /etc/rc.conf[.local] you should update
them to their new equivalents.

for pre-5.0 variable names.
Remove two dhcp compatibility variables added after the 5.1-RELEASE.
Remove the now-unused support for these shims.
