riscomm board (rc0) driver does not work.  upon trying to use on
any system from 386-40 upto penti-100, and any flavor of FreeBSD
version, used in either ide or scsi environment, with and without net
card, or other serial card(s) FreeBSD kernel panics.

>How-To-Repeat:
put a riscomm/8 in your computer, and set it up in the config file, 
re-compile, and try to use tip, or anything else on one or two of the
lines..
>Fix:
write some working drivers for the riscomm/8 or
fix the existing defective drivers or
remove all references from your documents, faq, and handbook saying 
FreeBSD supports this card when it doesent.
