To reduce Windows partition you can use Partition Magic - it's excellent 
toolkit for similar tasks. For my pity, it doesn't support FreeBSD partitions 
and can't shrink/grow it. So, you have to create new "slice" at freed space, 
create new filesystem and mount it at any mount point. New STABLE includes 
'growfs' utility, but I know nothing about it's reilability.
