Some temporary place.

Not :-).  The temporary usr/include would esentially give a small part
of the world environment and you could delete it after using it.

By "generated", I just mean that they are built in the object tree.  It
doesn't really matter how complicated the rule for building them is
(except complicated rules and dependencies will complicate the Makefile).
