As to whether or not this was the original question I am unsure,
but on the subject I was wondering how do you achieve the same effect that
adding a user to /etc/ftpchroot with a telnet / sshd shell.
This would be so the user can access his directory etc (/home/bob) but not
cd below it.
Many shell servers etc use it.

At least, I think that was the question.
