Hello, freebsd-isp.
It file ( /etc/cvsupfile ) created by "cvsup-it" port - it's not my product.
But it work for FreeBSD 4.x at 100%.
For FreeBSD 5.x I modified the top of file (change RELENG_4 to RELENG_5) 
and add "src-rescue" tag.
