Well, there's something wrong.

(You can safely assume that in order to tell you what's wrong, you're 
 going to have to give us that register dump.)

The chances are good, however, that your BIOS is doing something silly, 
and you won't be able to boot FreeBSD off CDROM on that board.  Can you 
boot from floppy?
