I would suggest none of those and use instead postfix+ldap it compiles
nicely from the ports with a nice graphical interface that lets you select
which options you want to compile it with.

Personally sendmail has some poor history and qmail seems to require
patching for almost every extra little bit of functionality you require
from it.
