I'm not sure if its changed lately with lots of mumbling about
new sgml-this and sgml-that (grin) but you could take a look
at the source for the handbooks on
/usr/src/share/doc/handbook
Alternatively there must be a outline around somewhere for
the tutorials???

Top work IMHO... it either belongs well into the FAQ, or as
another Tutorial.
