hello! i just installed picobsd 0.41 (dialup), set up networking via an ethernet and tried to telnet into an aix server on the network. when calling elm on the aix system i got the termcap error "can't find termcap entry for cons25". first i checked /etc/ttys on the picobsd floppy which contained all the cons25 entries but i found out that the termcap file on the aix system didn't contain any cons25 entry. i then set the TERM variable to "vt100" and it worked. (though there are still some errors). a little bit confusing is that telnet -e vt100 breaks while entering the password on the aix system. what is going on there and what can i do ? thanks, jochen To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-small" in the body of the message
