Existing EOL branches use explicit strings (December, 2018) rather
than substitutions {rel121-current-date}, but I just made the
straightforward change of moving 12.1 to the "Prior Releases "section
as we're already a few days after 12.1's EOL. Presumably we will want
to change {rel121-current-date} to (November, 2019) and avoid having
shared/releases.adoc grow indefinitely.
