Log:
o Add an example to the top of this file to help out anyone trying to
add new content.
o Add a glossary entry for every acronym present in the Handbook. [1]
Except for "US", which I believe is self-explanatory.
o Add additional glossterms for each unexpanded acronym, linking to
the expanded term.
