So I think that's a good chance. It's certainly necessary, and may well be
sufficient as well. I see we're currently handling CLOCK_MONOTONIC and
CLOCK_UPTIME the same in many details. While it would be a posix extension,
given it's Linux emulation duties, I think it's a fair one to make.
