Information about FreeBSD-STABLE releases can be found in the snapshot section of the website, here: https://www.freebsd.org/snapshots/ . Bear in mind that if you're looking for a "stable" release for general purpose use, a RELEASE version is probably your best choice. These can be found in the usual download locations.
