You can also try my SSDP announcer: http://www.netlab.linkpc.net/wiki/en:software:ssdpd:index
It can announce any server, but you need to download xml from mediatomb with services description and pass in to config file.

At my home SSDPd + nginx + php = DLNA server works fine.
