setup_and_trigger.sh

setup_and_trigger.sh: A shell script that initializes the virtual network
environment (tap0 attached to lagg0) and configures static ARP to ensure
immediate packet delivery. It runs an infinite loop that rapidly switches the
lagg protocol state to trigger the race condition.
