You can also check them out at:

http://people.freebsd.org/~bmah/relnotes/

as the ever-busy Bruce Mah often builds the latest snapshot
of the release notes.  It may not be up-to-the-minute, but
I find it a lot more fun to take advantage of other people's
work than to do the work myself...     :-)
