Well, I should post my advice to myself :)

Okay, what I did is:

portupgrade -fR gobject-introspection
portupgrade -f atk libgnome

And then all required SO libraries were compiled well.

As for some complains about broken gnome causing Eclipse to fail - looks li=
ke

portupgrade -fR eclipse-devel

solves the problem.
