I have a problem with the Adaptec 2940 PCI SCSI controller that I have
built into my IWill Motherboard (8750-Q controller chip). I have tried
without avail to boot up FreeBSD v. 2.1 and I have tried several of the
snaps for 2.2. I keep getting the following message:
ah0: WARNING no command for SCB 0 (cmdcmplt)
QOUTCNT == 20
Where QOUTCNT decreases to 0 and the machine then reboots. I have tried
new SCSI cables, having only one hard drive (Micropolis or Fujutsu) on
the controller, running the PCI bus at 60 and 66 MHz, slowing the CPU
down and even trying to go through the source code and figure out what is
going on. In doing that I enabled the debugging and I noticed something
that I thought peculiar... The computer seems to have problems after
probing SCSI ID 7. ID 7 is the hard drive controller, so why does it
probe the controller?
Any help / suggestions / questions would be *extremely* appreciated.

System Setup:
Pentiume 133 w/ 16 MB RAM
PCI Viper Video Card (2 MB)
Sound Blaster 16 w/ Adaptec SCSI controller
2 1-Gig SCSI Hard drives
1 SCSI CD-ROM

* Note: I have tried running the system with nothing more than the video
card and 1 hard drive, but it still doesn't work.
