patch to a10_codec.c

This hack allows me to bring the Orange Pi + 2E up to multiuser.  This is a
workaround for what is probably an error in the dtb.

Note: you still don't get Ethernet with this patch; that's a separate problem
and apparently common to our Orange Pi support.
