All of them are assigned to someone.  The ones that appear
to be unassigned are really assigned to freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org.
A virtual owner that maps to anybody in CVSROOT/avail that wants
'em.  That means you, me, and about 100 other people.  Feel free
to grab as many of them for yourself as you like. :)
