There is a Fortran 77 compiler (as part of the newer gcc/egcs compiler) and a Fortran 77 to C translator (F2C) available for FreeBSD. Perhaps there is more (wasn't TENDRA supposed to have a lot of frontends?). I do not know of a Fortran 90 compiler yet (which by the way is a horrible abonimation of a language in my personal opinion but who am I to judge :-) BUT, if you know some open source Fortran 90 compiler, you might point people on it (eg here) and chances are good that somebody might help porting it.
