It will be very useful to have a test box around. I have been talking with Thomas Valentino Crimi <tcrimi+@andrew.cmu.edu> about adding DEC TGA card support in syscons/videoio. And in the process, we are discussing splitting syscons.c into several modules so that syscons is modularized and VGA specific code is isolated.
