And if that were the problem, I would expect the SSH session to connect; but to log me into the host system instead of the jail. My actual symptoms are more like the packets just arent' getting there at all. Or maybe aren't getting back... Hmmm. Now it's working. I'd swear that I'm doing exactly the same thing I was trying before; and nothing else has changed. Sigh. Call it pilot error.. -Pat
