OK, my understanding of what how the count of 2500 files is calculated
isn't quite right.  But in any case, it is fixed now.

You can get the latest delta from
http://web.missouri.edu/~stephen/CTM/ports-cur/, and it should start
propagating amongst the mirrors in a few hours.
