Go to I was just about to mail the maintainer of jade with a patch and then I realized that someone beat me to it. The patch is included with the debian patch set which is listed in the PATCHFILES. Once again, I just hadn't updated this part of my doc toolchain in far too long. I've just verified that all of those directory listings with r--r--r-- and every other occurrence of '--' are now built properly.
