This affects to spanish.iso.acc keymap.
When capslock is active, typing the sequences acute accent + [aeiou] or
grave accent + [aeiou], yields ÄËÏÖÜ and ÂÊÎÔÛ respectively. Also,
capslock does not affect to the "ç" key.
ALT+4 should give "~", but it gives "4".
ALT-SHIT-+ should give "]" but it gives "[".

You will need a spanish keyboard!
kbdcontrol < /dev/ttyv0 -l /usr/share/syscons/keymaps/spanish.iso.acc.kbd
Press CAPSLOCK. Type "'"+"a", "`"+"a", "ç".
Type ALT-4
