If we can isolate the particular calling conventions of scprobe and
scattach then it should be possible to have all the common code in
sys/dev/syscons with just attachment hooks in sys/${MACHINE}/isa or
whatever.  As the USB work continues, we should try to isolate the
keyboard and mouse handling code too.
