Just FYI .. Interactive SVR3.2 version 4.1, the current release - although I haven't tested the last maintenance update, _still_ has this problem rendering sendmail incapable of receiving mail from hosts whose identd port is unreachable :-( SunSoft's tardiness about fixing this (and more than a few other things) was a major reason why I switched to FreeBSD .. it works, michael
