the www.freebsd.org on-line handbook is excellent.

Lehey's "Complete FreeBSD" is required

The new "FreeBSD Unleashed" is good for newbies.

non-FreeBSD specific, but very good:

"Unix System Administration Handbook", Nemeth et all

"System Administration", Eileen Frisch, O'Reilly

There is an O'Reilly book on Apache (but a little dated), plus all the
on-line docs at apache.org.
