Hi,

I haven't tested what I'm proposing, but this conflict of pyuic5 is
embarrassing for Rainer and myself for the next version of QGis 3.

Since py-qt5-core has flavours, is it possible to rename the file pyuic5
according to its flavor? This should avoid installation conflicts.
I think we need also to add a pkg-message, and aliases like py3uic5 for py3=
6ui5
and py2uic5 for py27uic5.
