--- Comment #9 from Mark Millard <marklmi26-fbsd@yahoo.com> ---
(In reply to Warner Losh from comment #8)

Did you look at:

https://github.com/strejda/tegra/commit/bd4390c5f6a8b66b2fc83966d4fadb945a1=
9dc23
https://github.com/strejda/tegra/commit/4b51c967a61abc90aad5fd0f3083961e425=
62664

mentioned in comment #4 and referenced for some results at:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D272966 .
(Various distinct backtraces occur and which ones were testable
was a little complicated as I vaguely remember.) The patches
did take care of various issues as I remember.

These patches have not been committed to FreeBSD. The two
buzilla reports predate lib32 support of armv7 under aarch64
that has hardware support (as a vaguely remember).

Do you want information from:

A) not having the patches?
vs.
B) having the patches in place?
vs.
C) both ways?

I'm currently without pure/native armv7 access at least until
sometime after 2024-Jan-01. The only aarch64 access is one RPi4B
(that I could do armv7 chroot activities with, for example).

I've been running with Michal Meloun's patches referenced in
comment #4 as far as my own armv7 and aarch64 builds go. But I do
not have access to my normal aarch64 or armv7 build environments.
(The boot media for the RPi4B is normally updated by another
machine that I do builds on.) I used the patches in all my aarch64
and armv7 builds. This was after the other notes supplied here
the same day the patches were provided but 272966 has other notes
from the use.

I'll see if I can set up something based on what I've access to
but it may not be until I have access to all the systems again
before it is reasonable for me to do something useful.
