I don't think that will have an effect - lines in rc.conf aren't=20 ordered. The scripts just source them and they assign variables and=20 action is taken based on what is set. I don't actually enable/disable syslog in rc.conf, I just use the=20 default setting (from /etc/defaults/rc.conf) =2D-=20 Daniel O'Connor software and network engineer for Genesis Software - http://www.gsoft.com.au "The nice thing about standards is that there are so many of them to choose from." -- Andrew Tanenbaum GPG Fingerprint - 5596 B766 97C0 0E94 4347 295E E593 DC20 7B3F CE8C --nextPart1240977793.3NbufZiPFD Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.11 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQBJ98lp5ZPcIHs/zowRAt+aAJ9mordTidB83uifZ1zM3tf9e7FwpQCdHux5 /XCYJSBRjYnsCaTi6RamqX8= =yY73 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --nextPart1240977793.3NbufZiPFD--
