This sounds bizarre and no scri= pts that would allow me to recreate it are attached to this bug. Also, it would be ideal if this could be triggered using lsiutil disabling = and re-enabling the phy. Absent that, I have no clue what's going on and making any progress on this will have to wait for camcorder so I can see the sequence of events.
