I've tested different setups documented here: https://bsdrp.net/documentation/examples/simple_bgp-rip-ospf_lab (with virtIO and em emulated NIC). https://bsdrp.net/documentation/examples/maximum_bsdrp_features_lab (with em emulated NIC) Do you have specific configuration on your interface, like non-default MTU or other ?
