cd to /usr/ports/security/openssh
type make install
then cd to /usr/ports/security/rsaref
type make install

Your all done. This must of course be done as root. Additionally I had probs
with the 4.1 rsaref port but the one I downloaded from
http://www.freebsd.org/ports/index.html worked great.
