I'm quite well-toned thank you :-) My "tone" is well documented, so why are you guys wasting so much bandwidth (or is business just really slow this time of year?). The last time I bought a product because I liked the salesman was from a busty brunette from SPRINT...and that turned out to be a big mistake! You can't damage ET with this nonsense, Ronald, because everyone already knows the story. Even you publically said we have good products, and most people on these lists are competent enough not to need the kind of hand-holding that you do. Intelligent people's opinions are set by experience, not by out-of-context story tellers, so cut the crap and stop filling hundreds of mailboxes with your whining because the rest of us have work to do.
