Or is > there something in the kernel that i have to configure? > No. No. There's no limitation, at least to 80 MB. Remember that ftp.cdrom.com has 512 MB of RAM. Just look at the LINT file (/usr/src/sys/i386/conf/LINT) for the option that enables support for the memory, then recompile your kernel.
