You missed the first line "From ci.freebsd.org . . .":

It was not my build, it was a ci.freebsd.org build of
FreeBSD-head-aarch64-build .

It was specifically #7944 (of -r334628 ) and later. The
latest #7951 (of -r334651 ) is still broken the same way.

#7943 (of -r334625 ) was the last good build.
