I have quotas enabled. I don't know if the issue happens with quotas disabled.

Why you ask me about quotas? Is any known bug?

Also this account is over-quota for few days but the issue happens in other servers (different website but all with Prestashop) that accounts were not over-quota.

I use SU with Journaling disabled.

The issue happens every fews months or days so I can't easily reproduce it.
