You'll probably want to add
DOCGRP=xxx WEBGRP=xxx CGIGRP=xxx
to that command line as well (where "xxx" is a group that you're in).
Anyway, the build on freefall is now finished, so take a look at

It built first time, which I'm quite pleased about. Yes, obviously I
test these things first, but sometimes the gremlins pop in.
If comments on the above URL are favourable then I'll turn the main
web build process back on.
