Submit patches to give mention to cheapbytes, and I'm SURE they will be
committed (hell, I'll do it myself if no-one else does). It's not an
active omission, but a passive one (no-one has been motivated to change
the docs since cheapbytes started selling). Deal?

This won't be an issue when the trademark is transferred to the FreeBSD
foundation in the hands of -core, as is planned.
