Hmm. Not sure I entirely agree. 

I'd restate it as:

"If the new system you're getting doesn't have UDMA66 or better- I hope you're
getting this system at a discount. Otherwise, you're being taken advantage of
as suppliers try and dump pretty old technology out of their inventories."
