The manual page twm(1) of port x11-wm/twm, build and installed on a system, is NOT affected as the current summary suggests! What affected is the cgi ( man.cgi script ) generated twm(1) online manual at https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=twm&arch=default&format=html. The issue is with the "FreeBSD Manual Pages" website, https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi , not with the port.
