Sorry, as far as I know the Dutch government accepted it, our Ministry of Trade and Financial Business is responsible for this. So could you please explain to me who objected? I am one who has been advocating against the Wassenaar Arrangement for the Dutch people by supporting sites such as www.freecrypto.org. Eivind has been active on the Norwegian front. Danmark, as Eivind told me, were having a national vote about it (correct me if wrong Eivind). The Brits are adopting their MP's. The France have always criticised their country's policy. I think we could say that most of the European countries are agitated by this decision (from a IT/techie point of view, the governmental body doesn't even know what they were signing in the first place). --- Jeroen Ruigrok van der Werven It's a Dance of Energy, asmodai(at)wxs.nl when the Mind goes Binary...
