Apparently my /usr/include got corrupted earlier today. And now every try to
get buildworld in order fails....

It would be really good to have at least a cookbook how to manually create a
working minimal /usr/include (the llvm-clang includes also overlap and don't
get added in properly).

Copying from a slightly older version crossed some hurdles, but ultimately =
also
fails...
