This is really more of a question for -isp I think.

When I worked for an ISP, we got rather sick of GateD and it's various
bugs and the horror of configuration, and so we switched to Zebra. I
believe it's in the ports collection now.

It's fairly easy to setup and use, and tries it's best to present a
Cisco-like interface via telnet for control and monitoring.

It supports BGP, OSPF, and RIP, last time I checked. Havn't really
kept up with it though.
