I just got back from the one in Westminster CO. The one in Boulder was lame enough to want me to prepay the whole thing, while the one in Westminster charged me only 20% down, completely refundable to hold one. I was told two weeks or so. I'm actually getting mine for my wife to use as a "laptop" machine. She needs a unit she can toss into a bag and drive to remote points and then plug something into it. The USB is saving my butt since it means that CDROM, ZIP drive, printers, networking and scanners are all available to her at least at home. I'm ashamed to say that I'll be putting Win98 on mine, but not before playing around with FreeBSD. I do have a mkflash program that does make installs in a bunch of places in the tree that fits in about 12MB. However, that's all just the mondane programs, doesn't even include X. Oh well, it is optimized for my employer's semi-embedded systems which are on 32MB DOC2k or 48 or 64MB CF. Love the CF, dislike the DOCs, too many failed on us.
