https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D275093 Bug ID: 275093 Summary: contrib/libevent is woefully out of date Product: Base System Version: CURRENT Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: bin Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: ngie@FreeBSD.org The version of libevent that's in contrib is a few releases out of date. It gets built by/for ntp. Either the version in contrib should be pulled in favor of the NTP-embedded version, or we should update the library. I vote for the former since it switches the support model from us (FreeBSD) to upstream (libevent). --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
