It's reproducible on the PowerPC64 LLVM+ELFv2 experimental ISO.

I'm going to investigate more, but I found something interesting after I:=20

- modified 'options VERBOSE_SYSINIT=3D0' to '=3D1' to GENERIC64
- added 'options DIAGNOSTIC' to GENERIC64
- add "#define EPAIR_DEBUG" on top of if_epair.c

->> Module loads, no panics.
